Do you feel beautiful? I know that sometimes I do and sometimes I don't! The key word is feel. How do you feel? I wonder about it too, why on some days I feel more confident, more able to face difficulties and on other days I'm teary eyed, weepy, or grouchy. I just feel good some days, others not so much. For me part of it is hydration! ;) I know it sounds weird. I just need to drink more water! Water helps when nothing else does! And I have a few little things that really help me feel more taken care of! So, because I'm not really a water drinker I'll pop a piece of that square gum, Ice Cubes peppermint flavor and sip on a water! LOVE that! :) Or, I'll make a cup of Earl Grey decaf tea! Tea makes everything better immediately, right? I feel beautiful when I'm just stepping out of a hot shower! I love to lotion up my legs and feet. I really feel like I'm pampering myself when I lotion up my feet. I think our feet are so under appreciated. They work so hard for us with so very little thanks! Another thing that makes me feel beautiful is when my kids laugh with me and they look up into my eyes and really connect with me. I love that. I love that moment when I see my daughters happy and smiling, and looking to share that joy with me, their mother. In that moment I feel spectacular! What makes YOU feel beautiful?
