Everything that happens to you contains the seed, the tiny kernel of possibility. Probably this man said it best:
Your challenge from this point forward is to stop thinking in terms of Good or Bad and thinking in terms of: 1. Something just happened that is causing me fear, worry and feels really uncomfortable. 2. What was my part in making it happen? What do I own? 3. What don't I own? What was the other person's part? 4. How do learn from this event? What am I grateful for from this experience that has helped me to learn and to grow? 5. Do I need to make an amends to any of the parties involved? Do I need to thank anyone for their work with me on this issue? 6. Forgive myself, forgive others, move on with clarity. 7. Trust the process!
